400V System
The 400V version of the EAGLE Energy System was specifically developed for use in electric overhead conveyors, ensuring reliable power transmission during operation. By intelligently monitoring current, voltage, and other condition data from the current collectors, the system provides transparent energy flow monitoring, reduces unplanned downtime, and lays the foundation for predictive maintenance.
48V System
The 48V version of the EAGLE Energy System is perfectly tailored to the requirements of modern sorting systems. It combines stable power transmission with intelligent condition monitoring, delivering valuable real-time data on system operation. Analysis and alerting via MASTERGATEWAY
All relevant operational and condition data are collected and consolidated centrally through the DETO Mastergateway – providing precise diagnostics, detailed analyses, and full transparency of performance, utilization, and overall system status.
The EAGLE Energy System delivers weekly reports on the condition of individual vehicles as well as the entire installation. Data evaluation and alerts are processed directly through the Master Gateway, with an optional cloud-based, location-independent analysis available.

In the EAGLE web interface, user-specific thresholds for notifications and alarms can be configured. This allows energy consumption, voltage, current, mechanical loads and wear on the devices to be measured and monitored individually.
A live view of the energy collectors helps during commissioning to immediately identify whether the individual collectors are correctly aligned.
